I was really surprised I didn’t put up this blog post yet as with everything I have LACKED in my blog updates the main thing I was consistent on was uploading my coffee/noise special tracks.
Each year when we do our IndieGoGo campaign to raise funds for the NorCal NoiseFest, I would offer a perk of home roasted coffee and a noise track to accompany it. This is a perk I’ve enjoyed doing every year because I rarely get to show off my coffee roasting skills outside of the small network of people that know me personally. The perk consists of 1 bag of coffee and 1 CD. If multiple people buy the perk then I will actually make separate recordings. So far we have only had a few people buy into this perk thus there are only 3 volumes so far.
About the coffee:
The coffee came from Java, ordered from Sweet Marias, who are based out of Oakland CA and provide a great mail order service for people that are wanting to do home roasting. Coffee was roasted on 10/10/2020, a week after NoiseFest ran on YouTube.
About the recording:
This recording was remastered, repackaged, and edited from a live performance that was featured on UBRadio Salon #665 on DFM.nu. The broadcast version features accompanyment with BCO, however this recording is only the Chopstick portion of the set.
The broadcast version can be found at:
